Shannon Mowery Graduates from University of Rio Grande/Rio Grande Community College

Shannon Mowery of Wheelersburg, OH was awarded a(n) Masters in Classroom Teaching at the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College's 135th Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 7, 2011.
